Shessa Pieroni is the Site Coordinator Good Food RX- Lake Village. As Site Coordinator, she coordinates activities in member hospitals, community health centers, and other various sites to carry out the goals and objectives set forth in the Healthy Communities grant. Prior to working for Arkansas Rural Health Partnership, she worked for University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH), the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH), and Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare Center (CAVHS) in various administrative positions. During her tenure at CAVHS, Shessa worked with the Chief Executive Officer/Administrator and Board of Directors to develop the strategic plan, oversee implementation of operational plans, assist in budget development, and monitor the balanced scorecard to enhance performance improvement.
Shessa received her Master’s in Health Services Administration (MHSA) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock.
